Some kind of strange virus

My dreams are very spotty so excuse me. I was in dream world and everyone was acting hella suspect. They were all trying to like act normal but doing a really shitty job at it. Turns out everyone was getting infected by these worm like parasites and they were trying to get me. I remember i kept walking into houses or shops and everyone would try to get really close to me or like block or lock me in and i managed to get away every time. Then i finally saw one of the worm parasite things and noticed how the infected were acting and i think i found a small group of survivors or a dog and i ran around town trying to survive/ find some sort of cure. It was scary as fuck. No one likes anyone getting all up in their face or the idea of being cornered and trapped.
