Nanny for two kids

I dreamt I was a nanny for two kids one boy and one girl. The girl was slightly younger but seemed like they could be twins maybe. I took care of them and cleaned while the parents worked. The mother was stressed and really sheltered the kids. Not much happened in the dream other than me having to take care of them. When I woke up from my dream my bf let me know his buddy’s wife had her twins that same morning one girl and one boy. The wife has covid rn. I somehow feel like the dream was a foreshadow and the wife who was stressed in the dream was the the buddy’s wife in real life.
