Car Accident

I was in a building that I didn't recognize when I heard a crash outside. A single car had flipped and was turned over in a ditch. I crawled under the car and pulled a guy out; he was between 17-20 maybe. I didn't know who he was. I just know I kept trying to wake him him and help him, but then I woke up.
