Dildo in the Lake

I was swimming in a lake with a group of my friends (not my actual friends irl). We were all having a good time until one girl jumped out of the water onto a dock & started throwing up into the lake. The rest of us started to get out of the water, trying not to touch the vomit as it spread on the surface. I remember one girl was pregnant & one of the guys was holding her & somehow only swimming with his legs lol. After we we’re all out of the water we asked her why she threw up. She said that her leg touched a dildo that was in the water & she was really disgusted by that. So for some reason we all started looking for the dildo but couldn’t find it.
