End of the journey

I was driving down the Rd on the way back from an appointment. Som called me to ask how it went. I told him that my brakes weren't working, I'd gone farther than I'd intended to, I needed to call 911. I tried to call 911 but the buttons didn't work. But he kept calling and calling, holding up the line. He was making fun of me for not knowing how to navigate. I said my breaks don't work and I'm scared my hands are shaking too much to call 911, said my location, on pleasant valley, and said please either come or send help. I started crying. But there was some woman laughing in the background calling Dr Basu in a sexy voice and he wasn't paying attention. I said please pay attention and call 911 or do something. I see a big hill I have to go up after I get down this hill, and it looks like the way to your house but there's a tunnel on the bottom. I know the coordinates. But I went into a dark tunnel and hit something, very gently, enough to stop the car. I started gathering my things up to get out and find my way home but an ambulance came. I said I'm fine and I don't need any treatment, I just need to get home, they can tow the car. The paramedic said "are you sure?" And touched my breast. As soon as he touched it my body started swelling and my stomach got tight and big, I couldn't breathe. He said what's wrong with you and I said I think it's anaphylaxis. He laughed and said that's silly. We need to take you somewhere where they can watch what happens to you. They took me to a high school gym full of people with down syndrome and laid me on the floor as I began to lose consciousness. A nurse came by and kept injecting me with something that made me sick. I started to fade out.
