Car Kid

So I had this terrible nightmare where I was seeing this toddler (appeared to be 2 or 3) from a third person view. I was not in the dream, it was just this toddler, alone. Every few seconds, he would teleport to a new location, always in the middle of a street. He would immediately get hit by a car. Every time, he teleported to a new street afterwards and appeared to be fine, only to get hit again. At some points he walked it off, at others he was reduced to a bloody pulp. It was terrible, as there was nothing I could do to warn or help this poor kid.
