I died in my dream?

Date: 9/18/2016

so I have never been past the point in my dream where it showed me die. I was in a truck. and my two sisters were in there and my brother was driving , we suddenly lost control on the freeway and swerved off the road to hit 2 trees. I was in the front seat and my seat belt got off somehow and I flew out of the window and hit the ground. there was blood around me and my siblings were freaking out saying "hold on we are calling 911, just don't close your eyes." and I saw the ambulance come and than I just stood up and went to my sister by the truck and laughed and said "I'm pretty sure I need stitches somewhere." but things were slow motion and going slow and my sister didnt look at me and than a childhood friend appeared out of nowhere and the first thing I said to her was " holy cow I feel so much pain in my foot I think there is a piece of glass in it or something ." But this friend, Eve, started talking to me and I couldn't remember what she was saying. but than I switched to a different scenario and I was. ghost. I was in my house and everything looks more gray. and I was just a ghost, a full on ghost, I remember not wanting to leave my house because I didn't want to leave my family after I died but I saw the word May on a paper my mom was writing so now I'm scared! I could also see myself in the mirror and I had scratches and scrapes on me.
