Cinderella’s Evil Step Sisters

I remember seeing Cinderella’s family right after she left and married the prince. One of her evil step sisters went crazy and became a horrible dictator with magical powers. She also has a child now. She has several minions as well. The other step sister is disappointed with the other sister and often distances herself from the family. I don’t remember seeing the step mother though.
