I was on a table with some Japanese friends. I looked around, and saw that there was a glass of beer on the table in front of me, half full as if I've already drank the other half of its content. Everyone was laughing, and I feel like I remember their voices, but not their faces. Suddenly my belly felt warm, and my throat was burning from the alcohol that I har unknowingly imbibed not long ago. I decided to take another gulp, and felt blissful. It was a sensation I've forgotten. But then again, I felt guilty, even up until I woke up. The guilt wasn't the only thing that lasted, though. The taste of beer lingered on my tongue until morning.
