Rich but poor

I was having a good job, wealthy, handfull of money. But there was no space for staying. All the appartments was filled. Peoples were staying outside the apartments and in roads. There was no house or flats available to stay. If we give bulk amount of money also no one has empty homes. Population was too much crowded.
