Stealing w/ mom

I was by a store with my mom and there was food in boxes everywhere around the store. For some reason I started stealing the groceries and some how there was some dude in his car right next to me and he got out and questioned us. We tried to lie but, he basically caught my mom and I trying to steal groceries.
