Freaky dream about best friend

About a year ago my best friend moved 800 miles away and about four months after she moved I had a dream she lived in a house down the street from a little ice cream shop, and I was in her room helping her unpack. I didn't tell anyone about the dream. A few weeks ago she moved back and invited me to come over. She now lives in the same exact house from my dream and her room is the exact same one. I was super freaked out
