Mary from downton abbey is pregnant and has high blood pressure. she is comparing other people's remedies and preparations of the "golden pill". mine is smaller and more golden than others. others are more dull and slightly larger. they were presented on small red pillows. at least I think mine is best... don't remember the dream having any bad connotation so I'm assuming I came out on top, lol.
