reoccurring dream

I'm not sure how to explain it as it isn't material /lifelike but I'll try. Imagine nothing just black oblivion all around u but then split it into black AND white everywhere all around u. Now in the distance on the white side there is a black dot you are never sure whether it is close or far or changing size or moving. On the black side there is a white dot. You feel small d writhing is changing flashing moving so much is happening that it hurts.
