grandma about to stab brother

I had this dream a while back but I can't remember when but the dream started I was in my grandmas old house and I was in the room I usually sleep in and the TV was on the blue screen and when I walked into the room I saw my grandma with a knife about to stab my sleeping brother and then she turned her head really slowly toward me and she started to walk really slow toward me and I started to panic I didn't know what to do so I froze and she eventually started to stab my stomach and she pulled out my intestines then I woke up
