Hospital tattoo

Wanted a tattoo was already at the hospital for some testing and some other weird medical related things. I don’t remember when I said can I get a tattoo here and they said sure but of course they are really bad at it and it was way overpriced a couple hundred dollars for a simple tattoo first there’s gonna be of some kind of strange tribal bird That I thought I was gonna get that I wanted to change it to the one I really wanted with a cougar face. I’m not lying. But they kept screwing it up and couldn’t get it. The area cleaned up and they’re preparing it a doctor and a nurse for helping me rather badly. I put it on my bicep really boring spot lol real life. I think I’d put it somewhere unconventional like my other tattoo. They said it was gonna cost me $800.
