Twin powers

Had a dream where I had a second head and she was my twin. She had her whole personality and everything . We lived alone in this tall apartment building. We somehow get surgery to split us and it causes us to gain supernatural powers. We go back home to the apartment and on the top floor is a party that was meant for people who had powers . But something goes wrong and our powers cause this force field that kills everyone in the building , it almost kills us . Everyone ended up turning to dust as we tried to escape our own force field. Eventually it stops so we go back to our building and live there for a while not having contact with people. We end up finding a secret room in the wall of our living room. We start to explore it and find out about who are parents are. The room leads us into this huge open field with a farm on it. I guess we went through a portal or something. The farm and the little town around it is abandoned but we soon find out that all the people who live there are in this weird slumber/trance laying in a cave. We try to figure out how to wake them up but the dream fades out.
