Discipline of a son

While taking my afternoon nap dreamt that Adebolu for in trouble with his dad for doing something i cannot recall. He dad was so furious at him and punished him for not listening. i noticed that my son kept getting more and more stubborn and resistance to instructions the more his dad pressed on so out of frustration of the situation, I finally decided to take things into my hands in the dream and i pulled our son into a room (asking his dad to let me discipline him as i felt like i could be more effective) to further discipline him but then i noticed every attempt to discipline him kept failing until finally his eyes gazed (without blinking) into a fixed spot and my son kept reciting bible passages but the only one i could remember was Cain and Abel - Being your brother's keeper. Powerful dream about the direction on how to discipline our son. It shows that our current concern in our waking life about him cannot be solved through discipline but rather through love and bible passages - thats what i think this dream means to me.
