Orchestra vs Band

There was a heated playoff competition between band and orchestra in a shady greenhouse. The freshmen orchestra played some creepy experimental/post WWII piece, which obviously sounded like utter shit. Later, the concert band played some random pop song and it sounded generic but upbeat. They also sucked but at least they were kind of in tune. When they started playing, the flowers in the greenhouse started rapidly shifting into random colors. The person I liked was also at this pathetic event, in the orchestra. However, they sort of sucked because they were off-beat the entire time and I kept face-palming.
