bleeding glans. and piercings

We were in a very large cottage. It looked very unmaintained and dirty. There were a lot of people there but i didn't know anyone of them, just a bunch of strangers gathered and looking at one person sitting in a chair in the middle. Right now there is a pretty girl with a lot of piercings sitting there waiting for who looked like a piercer to operate on her. Without any warning someone stabbed her neck semi violently with a small syringe and injected the transparent liquid inside. She suddenly lost consciousness and fell into the chair. She was injected with a sleeping agent and you know that thing doctors inject u with so u don't feel any pain. Thats the kind. The piercer sat in front of her and opened her mouth. Everyone saw the multiple piercings she had on her tongue. Piercer pulled her tongue and did not slowly push a metal chopstick in through her tongue because she did it forcefully and painfully but the woman was too unconscious too jerk in pain. After her there was a small ruckus and i went out of the room.
