A Haunted Phone

So, I had this nightmare where I downloaded a new app onto my phone and it was like the game ‘ImScared: A Pixelated Nightmare’, a game that is, relatively, simple but, after playing it, it started possessing people and making them follow me and try and attack me. When you take pictures, it bends and distorts the images to look horrifying, it turns on random loud, screamy music to jumpscare and frighten you. A switch on-switch off doesn’t work, even a full-factory reset doesn’t do anything. It laughs at you. You could see other people who had downloaded the game as people were following them, as well. One day, I followed two of the people that were being followed, incidentally, trying to warn them that what they were walking toward wasn’t what they thought it was but it started running after them and one got caught, the other ran with me. Eventually, I outran it, in the street, but I came across the person who was captured. Their neck stretched out to terrifying length and the face had melted into one of my friends but it was gooey and they were groaning in agony and screaming. It got to a point where the app learned that the best way to get to me was to get to my family. They did that by having people in my village follow me round to my house, people I don’t even like, and they acted like regular kids but, because I didn’t want my parents to panic, because there was nothing they could do about it, I hadn’t told them anything so they just treated them like normal kids and let them in and then...the dream just ended. Overall, I think it’s safe to say that my horror movie project isn’t taking the best toll on me...
