Living by the Mississippi River

I went to college with my son and was trying to get him registered for classes but couldn’t find the right office. I noticed the upper level hallway did not have a wall or railing and thought this could be dangerous for my son. But I also realized college kids are much more coordinated and physically in shape so it should not be a problem after all. When I got home, I was looking at the view from our house over looking the Mississippi River. The river was so big, it looked like a vast and beautiful ocean. There was sand everywhere and hills and large rocks. Shady spots under trees and sunny spots. I thought that I should spend more time down there since it was so close and just like a slice of Heaven. I thought that if people had any idea how beautiful this part of the river was, we’d get more visitors. I then looked up in the sky and saw a light show -fireworks, lasers, and holographic images. It looked so real. There was even an image of a sea creature going into someone’s house on the ground. I went inside the house and noticed how very much sand there was everywhere outside and some was even getting dumped in the house when the door opened. I didn’t mind because I realized this location and the opportunity to live right here were absolutely amazing.
