am I a vampire?

I got up ( I thought ) in the middle of the night I when to to the toilet to check my makeup then I looked in the mirror and see a vampire staring back at me I look at it not seeing what it was then walked away but just as I step out the door I realize that is not me so I turn around and see it again a vampire with the whitest teeth on earth and bright red lips I scream and run back to bed I then fall out and realize it was all a dream and I didn't really wake up
