Boils

I was looking at some strange things like lesions on my arm when I looked closer I saw something like a boil with clusters of polyps oozing and secreting puss on my shoulder someone was dabbing it carefully with something like Cottonwool so to try and clean it and dress it. As they dumped it it seemed to trigger spawning and other polyps started to appear. (Very gross 🤢)
