Nhats in cheek

I saw my brother with a little girl like three years old. He pulled out her cheek and started to bite off little black things from inside her cheek. I could see her teeth were never cleaned. He pulled her cheek skin out further and I could see little Nhats flying about and had made a home in her check skin and my brother was trying to bite them out with his teeth. I asked him what are you doing!! And he said you don’t need to know. I got upset and I cried and ran away trying to find my way home where I ran into a lot of family including my dead uncle and parents and then I got stuck with a bunch of cars, dogs; and teenagers, in the ground that was messed up and muddy. I feel so weird after this dream
