I was EXTREMELY lucid in this dream. I fell asleep in my sisters room, but I think I "woke up" in my moms room. There was a man standing over me who I assumed was responsible for "waking me up." I don't know who he was, but he urged me to rise up out of my body. He was coaching me and telling me how to come out of my sleeping body. When I finally did, my 'astral' body felt light, heavy, and sluggish all at the same time. When I moved it was either sluggish or gliding. The man then led me through my house. I asked him "how do I know this isn't just a lucid dream?" He then asked me, "look around, does this look or feel like a dream?" I looked around. Everything was real, vivid, and colorful. I said, " no; this feels more real than real life." I put my hand in front of my face. Everything was glowing! The room showed hues of different colors, first purple and then green, etc. I was in the living room now. Out of the corner of my left eye I think I saw a shadow figure facing the wall. I wasn't afraid, but it felt uncomfortable and eerie. I sensed I wasn't alone with the man leading me, who I assumed was my spirit guide. The light was much greater in the kitchen than in the living room. My spirit guide led me outside. As the dream was ending he told me to go to the moon. I tried, but I don't feel like I ever got there. Even though this was the most lucid dream I've ever experienced, I still doubt whether it was anything more than just a dream.
