Jose and security

I am sitting at a table with an older woman, who is supposed to be Jose’s mother but does not look like her and a younger woman with shoulder length hair who is asking questions. Apparently during a recent hospitalization a nurse had forgotten to give Jose’s mother her medicine and this had caused her to get sicker. Jose and I have to go to the hospital to let them know. As we are getting out of the apartment Jose touches the portrait of a man hanging on the hallway and damages it. A little male child standing at the door of one of the apartments sees this and I tell Jose that now we have to report this to. When we get out of the building we are suddenly in a very large city with a lot of traffic. It is difficult and dangerous to cross the streets, which are very wide and busy. I am not appropriately dressed to go to a hospital, I am wearing very short shorts. I also work in this hospital. As we cross the street I get distracted talking to a man with a suit and briefcase that I know. We finally get to the hospital. The security offices are on the second floor. Jose keeps on getting distracted opening other doors. We finally get to the door marked security. He has to talk to two guards in a booth before proceeding further but does not want to and I push him. I can proceed in because I work there but he has to get clearance by the guards first.
