Cancun

In the dream my family and I went to Cancun, Mexico for a vacation. It was my first time outside the country so I was super excited beforehand. However once we got there I was dying to go home. That’s not like me, since I love to travel. The hotel that we stayed at was just okay and the hotel mini suites were connected by an elevated walkway surrounding the water. The water wasn’t as clear I was expecting it to be. It was slightly sea-foam green and murky and the weather was not too great. It was cloudy throughout. I wanted to swim, but the water looked too dirty. Fast forward three days it was time to leave, and I was happy. We drove outside the resort and the surrounding area was bad. We had a Jeep and we were driving on a main road that was not even paved and was covered with grass and dirt. There were power lines everywhere. It suddenly got dark and we finally drove to the airport. I was happy to be going home.
