House in Virginia

My Aunt Virginia left me a really cute house/cottage in Virginia when she died. The only catch was I had to live in it. I couldn’t sell it. If I choose not to live in it, all I got was 6 packages of peanut m&ms. 😂. I was trying to make up my mind and thinking about a job change. I was leaning toward taking it because I thought the warmer el weather in VA would be more to my liking than up here in MN.
