Flying cars

Someone is demonstrating a hovering vehicle for use on existing roads. It's similar to the proposed buses in real life that have a big space underneath for traffic to pass under. It hovers off of the ground high enough that other vehicles can pass under it, or it can pass over them. They demonstrate this feature by having another car slow down in front of the land based car so that it can be overtaken by the hovering one.
