It seemed by boyfriend was asking my dad to marry me or something, but he said something my dad didn’t like, something about the girls in Paris. My dad said, how could you say that about the girls in Paris when you want to marry my daughter? He was so hurt he almost cried. He brought up his concern at the dinner table and I told him he needs to bring it up in private, not in front of the priest. My boyfriend’s mom basically went hiding into another room. Then my friend face timed me and told her to go to her house next door and dance with them (Armenian folk dancing). I think I went there?
