My dog and my partner.

I had this dream that Bailey my dog was still alive. Even tho she passed away over a year ago now. She was living with Jack and I. We were basically just providing her with a comfortable place to die in. Jack and I were playing video games together one night and I got really anxious so I walked to the room he was playing in and hugged him. Once I had calmed down we decided to go to bed. (This is when I could feel the anxiety in my real body start to kick in. My heart started to beat faster.) We live in an apartment so I asked Jack how often he takes Bailey out when I'm at work. (She had severe health issues in her old age so that must have carried into my dream because I was genuinely concerned about the amount of walks that jack was taking her on.) He said "I don't know. I haven't been really taking her out." I asked when the last time that day he took her out was and he said "I didn't yet." It was around 11 pm in my dream at this point so I was worried and asked where she had been going to the bathroom if not outside. Next thing I know I walk to the back door of our apartment where I sea a large puddle of urine. I told him he needed to take care of her when I was at work and asked him to take her outside after he cleaned the puddle up. After asking him to do those two things I could tell he was anxious and irritated. In an attempt to calm him down. I reached for his earlobe to rub it as that something I normally do. As I did he swatted my hand away. Concerned, I asked him if everything was alright. And tried to apologize for getting upset about the dog. It was at this time he balled up his fist and said "get away" right as the punch landed on me I woke up in a cold sweat.
