I was at work with 3 of my co workers. We were talking when a customer came over and started to yell at one of the girls. The girl said to the customer “excuse me” in a sassy way. I was in the back of the group. My boss came over and told us that we had to be nice to customers. Then when everyone left i apologized to the customer.
