Hippies in the forest

I was at a rainbow (hippie) gathering in Russia in the middle of the forest. The ground was covered in half meter of snow and I was with other hippies under some kind of wooden roof which however didn’t help us against the cold so everyone was sitting or standing still in a sort of catatonic state. Then I turned my head to the left and I saw that my Turkish friend Yunus was there and he was sitting and smoking in silence as usual. When I told him I wanted to go away because I was cold, he tried to persuade me not to go by showing me a crucifix he’d made by tying two stalagmites perpendicularly together. He hung the crucifix up high on a roof girder above his head. At first, I found this kind of weird because my friend is muslim. Then I realised the crucifix was actually pretty cool and I climbed onto a chair and took a picture of it with one of these ancient cameras which someone had just handed me.
