Going to a big futsal game

I was walking down the main street of my town and it was kind of cold and foggy. Instead of there being a bunch of cafes and shops there was just one big sports facility. There were a bunch of people off to the side of one of the futsal areas and that's where I met with my friends. Then they took me to another area where people were doing 10 meter running races except they couldn't run past the other people too much ????
