Merman

I don't remember how this dream started out but I was on a boat with someone who was my friend. The boat was like a fantasy pirate ship. The person I was with doesn't exist irl. He had long dark hair and was very pretty. A storm came out of nowhere and we went overboard. I was thrashing around and drowning. There were huge waves. I kept trying to go under water to try to not get knocked down by them. It wasn't working and I was gasping for air. I heard someone calling out my name and it was my friend from the ship. He swam over to me very fast and grabbed onto me protectively. There was another giant wave coming, but this one was the biggest so far. It looked like a tsunami wave. He asked if I trusted him and I said yes. He told me to take a deep breath and then he took us underwater. We swam really far down and then he turned to me and kissed me. I could suddenly breathe under water. I noticed for the first time that he wasn't a human anymore, he had a huge tail like a mermaids. We kept making out as we swam further and further down. Even though we were deep in the ocean I could see everything around us very clearly. We reached the bottom and he laid me down on soft sand and we started touching each other. I noticed we were near some kind of mermaid/merman buildings? And I told him wait I don't want them to hear us and he said he didn't care if others heard us. Then I woke up.
