Mom was upset

I was with my two brothers and I needed to go to the store, well mom got upset because I wouldn't go with her somewhere to pass time, well she came back acting crazy, so I got my phone and called the police (6149954545) (that's not their number btw) and when they answered all you heard was like a static or radio and you heard window, I never actually talked to a officer, I hung up because they wouldn't respond and five minutes later they call back but still no response but same sounds.
