Bugs & pregnant

I had a dream where my family was in a video game & we went three rounds of Bugs & things attacking some part of one persons body to read what it says. My dad knew what was going on but he said that he didn’t have time to explain & he just told us to fight. Also my mother was like 6 months pregnant & she’s not even pregnant irl
