I Was Commissioned To Check On Kaeya - Genshin Impact

I had a dream that I was in Genshin Impact. I remember being in a room with Cyrus. That room was located in a forest, which I could only assume it was Wolvendom. Anyway, he mentioned that Kaeya was sick and he needed to check on him. Since he was apparently busy in Wolvendom, he ended up commisssioning me to do it since I volunteered. I left Wolvendom and entered Monstadt. I found out that Kaeya got a few others sick, so they were in the infirmery with him. I found Kaeya and he was still asleep. The people that he was with were still awake in the infirmery. They questioned as to why I'm here, and I just said that I was there to check on Kaeya. Apparently, there were distinct side-effects that Kaeya had, one of them being extremely flirty, as well as delirious. One of the people that Kaeya had gotten sick was Dainsleif, after his obvious "flirt-fail". I let it slip that I just wanted to see Kaeya due to a commission. Dain and that other person said he was fine, and that I didn't need to stay. They practically forced me out, not before Kaeya waking up. As Kaeya woked up, I noticed that he was sickly pale, he was still in his delieious state as he said: "Please don't go..." He looked sad, almost like he wanted me to stay. But I was urged to go. I shortly spotted Lumine outside.
