Airport

Was at the airport with my mom. We were trying to fly someplace south but were stranded for a while at this run down airport . I had both my cats with me in this neat two car carrier. We start boarding our plane and I tell the front desk multiple times that I have my cats and to please be gentle with them. They put them on this tram with all the luggage and I see them get picked up and thrown on the ground. I try to bang on the window to tell them to stop but no one would help as my cats carrier was being kicked around .
