I bought a house

It was a used new house that I bought but I was just so excited. I took a look around and I think I had a lot of land I'm not sure but the part that stood out to me the most was the garage. It was detached from the house and located in the back of the house. It was empty a little dirty and needed renovations and it had a bathroom. The weird part of this dream was that my brother I dont speak to was giving me a tour as if he was helping me renovate it and he was showing me.
