falling asleep (not really a dream?)

Im just falling asleep thinking of various things, im slowly going into dream mode and i see that im gunna cut something purple. its like something waxy peeling off but i omnipotently know that its a person or used to be living? i hear a voice whisper close to my right ear thats facing up towards the ceiling "I've stopped them" and it was such close and loud whisper that i wake up. noone in my room.
