My friend’s friend who talks too much

(In real life, I went to lunch with a friend of mine and a friend of hers. My friend lives out of town. Her friend lives in my town. My gut instincts tells me I wouldn’t choose this local person as a friend of mine, due to her personality, what she talks about and that she talks a lot. However, she keeps texting me to hang out.) In my dream, I was hanging out with my friend’s friend. We were dining outdoors and she was talking non-stop, from subject to subject with no real break in between. One of the stories was about a childhood experience that shaped part of her personality. I am a highly sensitive person myself, and I can relate, usually. But her story was ridiculous, in my opinion. I tried to be kind when I made it sound like it’s no big deal, but she went on and on about it. I wonder if my dream is warning me about “wasting my time hanging out with her” in real life.
