pregnant, stalking young couple

I got pregnant and didn't want anyone to know and wanted to get an abortion, and for some reason my dream self thought "everyone knows if I get trapped between 2 circles in Transformice it will abort," so I saw me trying to do that? (Transformice is a computer game about mice lmao). Also I was walking through these hallways but it wasn't my school, it looked like a university, but there were high school students and adults. I was walking around listening to music with one earbud in that for some reason seemed very important and I was following this young married couple around. I can't remember the dream well enough for it to make sense though.
