Mean Librarian

I was in a library and this grouchy librarian was riding me about something. She wouldn't let me in to class because of some issue that wasn't my fault. I started to attempt to explain the issue but she kept talking over me and ignoring what I was saying. When I was talking, and gesturing with my hands she said "you better put those hands down" and I said "I'm Italian, what are you talking about, this is how I talk!" I asked two kids observing the conversation if they thought the librarian was being fair, and they said no. This upset her more and she tried pulling them into the mix and threatening to keep us all in detention for a week in the summer.
