Nightmare

Buddy got out and this woman named Brenna was helping us find him when her dog got out too. Her dog was a lot better than buddy so she said she was confident he would come back. I didn’t worry about it and went to find buddy. Eventually did and brought him home. The environments we were in were really strange, tall complicated towers (not unlike random shit I’d build in Minecraft as a kid) and every little section was a different colour. Lots of ladders. There were small homes with colourful siding inside this school gym sized area? Rec Center type interior at times? Brenna lived in one of those houses. There was this festival going on with a lot of Indian/Arabic influence, tons of cultural clothing, food, decorations put up everywhere, it would have been really fun but I saw Brenna’s dog and felt really guilty. We had had Buddy back for days which means Brenna’s dog had been out on his own for a while. He deadass looked like this dog 🐶 but with the body of kinda like this dog🐕. A bit more hot-doggy like buddy. I picked him up and for some reason I had an extremely difficult time remembering Brenna. I had to ask around but some of the people didn’t know English and most of them had no idea what I was talking about. I eventually figured it out, don’t remember how, but finding her house was really, really, really hard. Caused me a lot of stress. I think it even took a day because I went to sleep in this dark coloured apartment block in the complex. The next morning everything was those dark colours, except for those special houses Brenna lived in. I saw lots of pink ones but I was looking for like a teal one. It took me hours to find it, and when I did, I don’t remember what I saw just that it was mildly traumatic. My brain already deleted that shit. I fell to the floor and started crying, the stress had been piling on me for days and this loud environment was closing in on me and I was losing my mind. A bunch of visions flashed in my eyes, people laughing at me, TONS of weird symbols and imagery, snd it clouded my vision so I couldn’t see anything but that. There were loud noises that hurt my ears and I just wanted to shake the visions off. I was fully aware I was dreaming and tried to wake up, but when I “did” I was just staring at my chest and my bed in black and white. It wasn’t real.
