daddy issues strike again

my dad had returned home for god knows what reason and I was at a table with him trying to know more about his past and my origins. then we were with all my family in the kitchen when he tried to say some bullshit about how we were blowing out of proportions what he did to us before my mother filed the divorce and I went nuts: I started screaming at him about how he used to hit my brother and so he stood up and looked at me and I teased him asking if he had the courage to hit me, but he didn't.
