Naked and Eating Candy

I go on a vacation to a weird house. After learning we’ll be sharing the vacation home, I go to a party at some camp, in a wooden building. My old friend Gracie is there. We eat sitting on a blanket. Eventually, I go and seek dessert, which is dwindling quickly. Everybody at the party starts getting naked, so Gracie and I take our clothes off. It is freeing and I don’t feel too judged. The place we’re partying at is also a candy store, so Gracie and I walk around, looking for more dessert, which is free. There are too many choices and I can’t decide what to get. I eat a mix of a Reese’s peanut butter cup and a Twix. It’s surprisingly good. Eventually, Gracie and I put our clothes on and leave, after realizing we’ve been at the party for weeks. We walk outside the candy store and towards our cars on a dirt path. We hope to start hanging out regularly again, like we did when we were kids. Before we go, however, we decide to have a checkers tournament. The checkers is weird, though. Gracie somehow ends up winning, and I get upset at this. She asks me why I’m crying and I say I’m not, though later, I tell my dad that I was crying because I was on my period and I was having a mood swing. Note: The day before this dream, I read the story Fall of the House of Usher by Edgar Allan Poe, which involved childhood friends reuniting, which could have influenced the whole reunion-with-childhood-friend aspect of the plot.
