Psychic Bubbles and the Cartoon Murderer

I dreamt that Bubbles from the Powerpuff Girls is psychic. Every dream she ever has comes true. One day, she had a dream that a murderer is going around killing cartoon people in city hall. The only reason the murderer is doing this without anyone knowing is because he disguised himself as one of the cartoons. Bubbles tries to warn everyone about the murderer, but no one’s convinced. The dream was pretty vague so I don’t recall what happened next.
