Stepmom?

I took 2 pregnancy tests, both were positive. Then I was helping someone take care of their kids all day, Idk if they had a mom or not but it was a guy that I knew from someone else. He told me thanks for helping him and that I was going to be a great stepmom. That kimda relaxed me a bit bc I felt nervous about it for some reason. Apparently I was getting married to someone but I had no idea who, even though everyone else seemed to know even though my mom thought it was someone else. I guess that someone had a kid. I was hiding my pregnancy from everyone bc I was scared and I didn't even tell the dad. I never found out what happened after or who I was marrying.
